Why coaching, why now and why me ?
Learning Life Balance in an Off Balanced World


My wellness coaching is not built on food and exercise goals alone and is not meant for weight loss alone. Although helping people reach health goals is a big part of what I do, the pride of my coaching, is the added key ingredient, that of the emotional work that is needed to reach success in life. My belief system combined with my experience from working with clients and being on my own wellness journey, is that for those who have been trying to get healthy for years or who have an emotional connection with food need to work on those emotions in order to build a strong foundation where exercise and healthy eating is the natural forward movement.

In 2013, billions of dollars will be spent on quick fixes and ways to make the pounds drop off quickly, however, without the needed emotional work, many will stay on a vicious course of self destructive behavior.

My coaching is built on reaching ALL goals and dreams one step at a time, at your own pace, working as a team, with everything 100% based on who you are as a person and is NOT a one size fits all plan.

 To date, all of my clients have been clients I work with for at least 3 months. As a client, you can touch base daily via email. You receive  one 30 - 45 minute session a week, completely based on where you are, along with key concept questions that are sent after a session as added emotional work for the week if requested. My coaching is a stepping stone taking you from what you know you should be doing or want to be doing, and putting those wants into actions from our very first session. Taking the step to hire a coach represents a solid commitment to yourself, showing you are ready to take the needed steps to reach your goals. My coaching is specifically designed for those who want to leave ' diets' behind, to make life - lasting changes that will improve your health by going beyond the ' calories in - calories out ' approach. We will work on personal growth, self confidence and life balance.

Having lost close to 80 lbs myself to date and being on my own life long health journey, I really understand the emotions involved, not from a book but from personal experience, as my client, you have someone with you along the journey to guide, motivate, be a shoulder when needed and to push when needed. I am passionate about what I do and I only do it because I know it works. I want people to succeed, this is what matters most to me, I care !!
